Application & Selection Process | Luxe Experience

Pre-Applications Registration – Open Now

Designed for previous honorees or women who requested to be considered for future opportunity.
Last Date to Submit Pre-Applications: September 15, 2025
Final Selection Announcement: No later than September 22, 2025
Payment Window: If selected, pre-applicants will have 7 days to submit their deposit or full payment. After that, spots will be released.

Full Applications Open to the Public – September 15, 2025

Final Submissions & Review Process Begins – October 1, 2025
Final Announcements – October 15, 2025

Onboarding – October 15, 2025

Includes orientation, visibility preparation, and pre-event strategy.

Amplification Period – November 3, 2025 – March 8, 2026

Media features, press exposure, social amplification, and International Women’s Day celebration.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Luxe spots are extremely limited. If selected, you must confirm with payment within your deadline window to secure your placement.

Legacy Feature Option:

Applicants can choose to pursue a Legacy Feature.
Should you be selected for the Luxe Package, any payment made toward the Legacy Feature will be applied toward the Luxe Package.

Payment Options

The payment schedule is the same for all applicants:

- Deposit: $1,500
- Two additional payments of $2,548.50 each (due November 1, 2025 and February 1, 2026)
Pay in Full
- $5,997 (due at time of confirmation)
