Speaker Logistics & Guidelines – Possible Woman Collective™

Value-First Focus:
All sessions are contribution-based. Please avoid selling, marketing, or promotional pitches during your presentation.
Lead Magnet Allowance (End of Session Only)
Speakers may share one complimentary lead magnet (e.g., checklist, guide, worksheet, resource, or free tool) at the conclusion of their session. This allows members to continue learning without disrupting the value-first nature of the event.
Guidelines for lead magnets:
- Must be free (no upsells, funnels, or paid offers)
- Should support or extend the session content
- May include an email opt-in
- Should be shared only once, verbally or in chat, at the end of the session
Professional Conduct:
Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times.
Preparation & Punctuality:
- Arrive on time and ready to present
- Test your tech (camera, microphone, internet) prior to the session
- For labs or workshops, plan exercises, feedback, or frameworks to engage members actively
Membership Requirements:
- Level Up Lounge: Open to Launch, Legacy, or Luxe Members
- All Other Events: Legacy or Luxe Members only
- Non-Members: One-time participation fee applies
Recording & Permission to Use:
- Your session will be recorded for member access and promotional purposes
- By speaking, you grant the Possible Woman Collective™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use excerpts or clips of your session for:
  - Promotion and marketing
  - Member-facing content in the Dashboard
- You retain full ownership of your content, materials, and intellectual property
Interactive Engagement:
For interactive labs, clinics, or workshops, please facilitate practical exercises or live feedback so members leave with actionable takeaways.

Speaker Agreement

By submitting this application, you agree to:

Follow the guidelines outlined above
Present content that is accurate, ethical, and aligned with the mission of the Possible Woman Collective™
Allow the session to be recorded and used as described in the Recording & Permission section
Represent the Collective professionally and respectfully at all times

If you are participating as a one-time guest speaker, your session fee will be collected after approval and prior to scheduling. Membership upgrades will be offered if you wish to access ongoing opportunities and full member benefits.
