GoalGetter Business Mastery Bootcamp — Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

By completing your registration, you agree to purchase a seat at the GoalGetter Business Mastery Bootcamp taking place May 19–20, 2026 at Hotel Teatro, Denver, Colorado. Full payment is required to secure your seat. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.

If a payment plan has been arranged, all installments must be completed prior to the event date. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of your seat without refund of amounts already paid.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of this event (24 seats total), we are unable to offer refunds once your registration is complete.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another woman at least 14 days prior to the event by contacting us at [email protected]. Transfers are permitted one time only and must be to a new registrant who has not previously registered for this event.

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of nature, venue closure, or public health emergencies), registered attendees will receive a credit toward a future GoalGetter event. Refunds will not be issued in the event of postponement.

3. Tier-Specific Deliverables

Gold and Platinum attendees: Your 1:1 strategy session with Sharon Ringier will be scheduled within the two weeks prior to the event. You will receive a scheduling link via email within 48 hours of registration. Sessions not scheduled by the attendee within the provided window will be forfeited without refund.

Monthly accountability calls (Gold: 3 calls, Platinum: 6 calls) begin the month following the event. Calls are 30 minutes each and are scheduled on a monthly basis. Calls not scheduled by the attendee within their designated month will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward.

Platinum attendees: Sponsored content articles, directory listings, social media amplification, and the inner circle call will be coordinated within 60 days of the event. Sharon Ringier reserves the right to edit sponsored content for tone, grammar, and alignment with The Possible Woman brand standards. The attendee retains ownership of their business information.

Memberships (Legacy and Luxe) begin on the date access is granted, which will be no later than two weeks before the event. Membership access is non-transferable.

4. Event Changes

Sharon Ringier and The Possible Woman reserve the right to make changes to the event agenda, speaker lineup, session topics, and schedule as needed. Every effort will be made to communicate changes in advance. Substitution of a speaker or session does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Recording & Media

The event will be recorded for replay purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness, voice, and participation to be captured in recordings made available to registered attendees. You also grant permission for photos and video taken at the event to be used by The Possible Woman and Sharon Ringier for marketing and promotional purposes. If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

6. Code of Conduct

This event is a professional, inclusive, and supportive environment. All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, speakers, and staff with respect. Sharon Ringier reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sharon Ringier, The Possible Woman, and GoalGetter Business Mastery Bootcamp are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event or at the venue. Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal arrangements. The Possible Woman is not responsible for any financial decisions made as a result of information presented at the event.
