I decided to join the Possible Woman Collective Executive Council because I believe in the power of women supporting, elevating, and learning from one another. I am passionate about helping women build confidence, strengthen their relationship with money, and create a life and business they truly love. Being part of this council gives me the opportunity to contribute my experience, connect with like minded leaders, and help create a community where women feel seen, empowered, and encouraged to grow. I also value being in spaces that inspire collaboration, leadership, and meaningful impact, and this felt like a natural fit for both my mission and my heart.

Being part of this leadership circle means so much more than just having a seat at the table. The impact I most want to make within this community is to help women feel seen, supported, and more confident in who they are and what they are capable of. I want to contribute in a way that encourages real connection, meaningful growth, and the belief that they do not have to do life or business alone. I also want to bring value through encouragement, leadership, and financial empowerment by helping women build confidence, create a healthier relationship with money, and step more boldly into the life they are called to build. More than anything, I want to be part of creating a community where women truly lift each other up, share wisdom, and inspire one another to grow personally and professionally.

What makes your perspective or work unique?

What makes my perspective unique is that I lead from both lived experience and purpose. After 25 years in the military, along with my journey as a woman, mother, entrepreneur, and financial educator, I bring a mix of resilience, heart, discipline, and real world understanding to the work I do. I do not just talk about money in numbers and products. I focus on helping women build confidence, create a healthier relationship with money, and feel more empowered in the decisions they make for themselves, their families, and their future. My approach is rooted in education, connection, and service, which allows me to meet women where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. I believe that when women feel supported and equipped, they can create lasting change not only in their own lives, but for generations to come.

What lights you up outside of business?

Outside of business, what lights me up most is time with my family. I love to travel, make memories together, and cheer my kids on at their swim meets. Those moments mean the world to me and keep me grounded in what matters most.
