Roots to Crown: Get Rid of Your Frowns!! Part 2
Welcome back, beautiful, brilliant, and talented souls, to our second part of the chakra journey. As we mentioned in Part I, our chakras are our energy wheels, our centers of awareness and radiance in the physical human body. They are centers of our psychic energy and affect our emotions, health, and well-being.
Our chakras are our human biocomputers, our sacred centers.
“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
~Henry S. Haskins
Before we dive in and learn a little bit more about our chakras and energy vortices, let’s understand how we can navigate the essence of each chakra. Below, we will explore what it means, the color associated with each chakra, and the element of the universe that it corresponds to, e.g., water is the element of the Svadhisthana/Sacral chakra, and it is all about the flow, whether it is emotional, sexual, creative, or more. The psychological issues that affect areas of our lives and how we can use energy to address those issues, what our goals are associated with each chakra, and again using the energy elements to attain them.
As you look at the right and the affirmation, understand that this corresponds to our inherent purpose and possibilities, and using them, along with the right chants, breathwork, meditation, mudras, and even marmas, can unleash the powerhouse that is already within us. Let’s dive in and learn a little bit more about our chakras and energy vortices.
Once we understand the basic principles of the chakras, we are able to handle various aspects of our lives. Of course, I am putting this very simply, as there is a lot more that goes on as our chakras affect our nervous, endocrine, reproductive systems, and so much more.
Understanding the basic principles and knowing the color, affirmations, elements, goals that go with each chakra, etc. can enable us to start making simple yet powerful changes in our daily lives and in our well-being.
If confidence is what we are seeking for the day, then incorporating aspects of the Manipura our Solar Plexus/Powerhouse chakra is the way to go. We can start by wearing something yellow, meditating with and on the color yellow, using the affirmation, I Can Do this, I Am Confident, having a sunflower in a vase in our office, etc. These are tiny yet powerful steps in the right direction.
Essential oils and gemstones related to each chakra can also be used, as can the symbol of the chakra itself, to meditate on.
Similarly, if it is abundance that we are seeking, then our Muladhara, our Root chakra, comes into action. Red is associated with the color of prosperity and abundance. Wearing red, meditating on the symbol of the root chakra or on the color red itself, and using the affirmation I am Abundant in... are ways to start inviting abundance into our homes and into our lives.
The possibilities are endless, and The Chakra Healing Journey with Zenxuality empowers you with the tools needed to grow and glow... To strive high and thrive.
The journey continues...
