When faced with business decisions, ask yourself if I made this decision would it add to my core values expression or be in opposition to them. Anything that will be in opposition, I recommend not doing as this will lead to dissatisfaction in your business.

Challenges are inevitable, but how you respond to them can make all the difference. Instead of viewing setbacks as obstacles, see them as chances to innovate and improve. Every problem has a solution, and sometimes, the process of overcoming these challenges can lead you to your next big breakthrough. Identifying what you’re exceptionally good at, your "core genius," is crucial. This unique skill or attribute sets you apart from the competition. Take my client’s story, for example..I helped Amanda, a fitness entrepreneur struggling to convey the unique value of her business. She had named her business “Soul Fit” but after delving into Amanda's background and identifying her core genius in harmonzing hormones, we decided to rebrand Amanda's business to match her core genius.
