Because slots are limited, we may not be able to feature every submission right away - but we'll keep your information on file and reach out for future issues. We'll review all submissions and notify you if your article is accepted for publication and the issue in which it is scheduled to appear. Submission does not guarantee publication, and articles may be scheduled for a future issue based on editorial fit, space, and content variety.

Is there a fee to write or publish an article?
No. There is no fee to submit or publish a complimentary article. If you'd like additional visibility, you can add a Business Listing, Featured Article, or Cover Story placement at the rates listed above.
Do I retain rights to my article?
Yes. You retain ownership and copyright to your original article.
By submitting your article to Possible Woman Magazine, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit for grammar, clarity, style, length, and formatting and to publish, distribute, archive, and promote your article in connection with Possible Woman Magazine.
This permission includes use in our digital publication, website, email communications, social media, promotional materials, and other channels used to promote the magazine and its contributors.
You remain the owner of your original work.
Can I repurpose my article after publication?
Yes. Because you retain ownership of your original work, you may repurpose, share, expand, adapt, or republish your article after it has been published by Possible Woman Magazine, unless a separate written agreement for a specific feature states otherwise.
When republishing the article in substantially the same form, we appreciate attribution such as: “Originally published in Possible Woman Magazine.”
You are also welcome to link back to the original feature or issue.
Is there a submission deadline?
Yes. Now that we publish monthly, article submissions are due two months ahead of your target issue. See the full editorial calendar above for exact dates.
Is there a theme for each issue?
Each monthly issue has a suggested editorial theme (see the calendar above), but it isn't required. What matters most is that your article offers practical value and helps women move forward personally or professionally.
Who can submit an article?
Women entrepreneurs, business leaders, authors, coaches, creatives, and purpose-driven professionals ready to share insight or experiences that inspire action.
What makes a strong submission?
Actionable insights over pure inspiration, real experience or case studies, practical takeaways, and original content that hasn't been published elsewhere.
Can I promote my business in my article?
Complimentary articles run byline only, with no links or business references. If you'd like to include links or promote your brand, add the Business Listing, Featured Article, or Cover Story option.
Can I write more than one complimentary article?
The complimentary article is a one-time opportunity per contributor. If you'd like a recurring presence in the magazine, ask us about our column program - a limited number of monthly columnist seats for contributors who want a standing voice in every issue.
What is the Column Program?
A limited, paid opportunity for contributors who want a recurring voice in the magazine rather than a one-time feature. We're opening 10 founding seats at $450 for a 6-issue term, with a column running 600-800 words per issue. Applying is free - you'll be invoiced if your seat is accepted.
Will my article be edited?
Yes. Our editorial team may make edits for clarity, formatting, and alignment with our standards, while working to preserve your voice.
Will I receive a contributor badge?
Yes. Published contributors receive a digital feature graphic for social media, their website, and email signatures.
