We’re Back! Celebrating Milestones, Upcoming Events & Spotlights

As Women's History Month is coming to an end, can I just say... it’s been a very busy and exhilarating start to the year, and we’re so excited to reconnect with you! Q1 has been filled with breakthroughs, celebrations, and milestones, both for our community as well as personally.

One of the highlights has been celebrating the 30th anniversary of my 30th birthday and I kicked off a month-long event initiative to celebrate and it has been nothing short of fantastic! We’ve already hosted several incredible events and have four more to go. The energy, connections, and growth have been inspiring, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has participated along the way.

Looking ahead, April events will be announced next Monday, so be sure to keep an eye out — you won’t want to miss what’s coming next!

Q1 Wins: Celebrating Progress & Possibilities

  • 30th Anniversary of 30th Birthday Event Initiative: Kicked off a month-long celebration of growth, empowerment, and connection — with four more events still to come!

  • Welcoming Leadership: Excited to have Dannelle Stratton, Malaika Simmons, Michelle Mays, Naeemah Elias, and Tara Leson join our Executive Council, bringing energy, guidance, and visibility to our community.

  • Growing the Magazine: Possible Woman Magazine continues to expand with contributors, guest writers, book features, and collaborative opportunities, creating more ways for women entrepreneurs to be seen and heard.

  • Early-Year Event Successes: Our Q1 events delivered actionable insights, networking, and tangible value for our members and we can't wait to share more along the way.

  • Community Growth: Watching members connect, share wins, and step boldly into opportunities — from speaking engagements to magazine features — has been deeply rewarding.

  • NYTS Highlights & Media Moments: From interviews at Theorist Podcast Studios to a professional photoshoot and an amazing billboard experience, NYTS provided incredible opportunities to amplify our brand, share our mission, and celebrate both personal and community growth in high-profile spaces.

Power Reset: 7 Ways to Realign, Refocus & Rise Into Q2

Now that Q1 is coming to an end, it’s time for a Power Reset in your personal and professional life. This is your moment to pause with intention, recalibrate your direction, and step into Q2 with clarity, confidence, and momentum. Here are 7 ways to reset like a CEO:

  • Audit Your Energy, Not Just Your Results
Look beyond the numbers. What energized you this quarter? What drained you? Your next level requires protecting your energy as much as your time.

  • Get Honest About What’s Actually Working
Not what should be working. Not what you hoped would work. What is consistently producing results, alignment, or joy? Double down there.

  • Make One Bold Decision You’ve Been Avoiding
There’s something you already know needs to shift. A Power Reset requires courage. Make the decision that your future self is waiting on.

  • Refocus Your Revenue Priorities
Strip it back. What are the top one or two activities that directly drive revenue in your business? Commit to doing those consistently.

  • Reclaim Your Visibility
If you’ve been playing small or inconsistent, this is your reset point. Choose one platform, one message, and show up with intention and consistency.

  • Upgrade Your Standards
Your current results are a reflection of your current standards. Raise them. In your boundaries, your pricing, your time, and your expectations of yourself.

  • Anchor Back Into Your Why
When things feel scattered, come back to your purpose. Why did you start? Who are you here to serve? Let that fuel your next moves.

Remember, this isn’t about starting over.
It’s about realigning with the CEO you’re becoming.
