Legacy. Vision. Momentum.
Hello beautiful leaders,
As we step into this week and honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day, I am reflecting deeply on legacy. While the movement he led was rooted in civil rights, its impact extended far beyond one community. It opened doors, expanded access, and created pathways that women continue to walk through today as leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Progress has never been singular. It has always been collective. And the responsibility to carry it forward now rests with us.
Monday Motivation
This week, I invite you to think about legacy differently.
Legacy is not reserved for history books or milestone moments. It is built in the decisions you make when no one is watching. It is shaped by how you show up in rooms where your voice once felt small. It lives in the courage to choose alignment over approval.
As women entrepreneurs, we are not just building businesses. We are redefining leadership, ownership, and visibility for generations to come.
This week, ask yourself:
Where am I being called to lead more boldly, even if it feels uncomfortable?
I will also be sharing this week’s Monday Motivation as a short video inside the Collective, offering a moment to pause, reflect, and reset your leadership mindset for the week ahead.
Introducing the Executive Council
I am excited to share that we are forming the Inside the Collective Executive Council. This council will help steward the vision, elevate leadership within our community, and support the direction of what we are building together.
More information, introductions, and opportunities to engage will be shared soon. This is a powerful next chapter for the Collective, and I am so grateful for the women stepping forward to lead.

So, join me in welcoming Dannelle Stratton, Jillian McCloskey, Michelle R. Mays, Naeema Elias, and Tara Leson!!!
